Well the arm on my wiper transmission broke due to ice build up I thought I could fix with epoxy Fix looked good all hooked up good. Till I turned wipers on Then snapped. I was lucky autozone had an all metal one in stock

 

Yeah, there's really not much you can do to repair pot metal. I had the same thing happen on my Chrysler. I just bought a new one as I knew there was no fixing it.

 

The wipers on my parts car dont shut off. It was fun getting a face full of glass when I found out.
