i have a cel on my 2000saturn with a 3.0l motor.the codes are p0741 tcc solenoid performance stuck off and p1780 mfr controlled transmission.can anyone help me?

If I read my code book correctly, the P1780 has to do with the PARK/NEUTRAL Position switch. Check the wiring connections going to the switch and also down to your transmission, you might get lucky and find the contacts just need to be cleaned.
