Well my driver side bearings are making my Ion sound like an airplane flying down the highway🤦*♂️ I'll see if I can't get some pics for a tutorial if anyone is interested.

 

Looks like it is a hub/bearing assembly. It fits Ions, G5 Pontiacs and Cobalts. My local Napa store has 2 in stock. Should be a simple replacement, it will depend on your level of road salt in your area. It may take a special socket for the three bolts on the back side of the knuckle.

 

i thought i needed some so i priced them.... if u can afford to wait a couple 3 or 4 days buy them off of ebay.... 51 bucks for 2 vs 119 for 1 at autozone. easy math... same manufacturer/same warranty...
