Cracked as in it has a crack in it or is it actually broken into two separate pieces?

Can you post a pic?

Heat gun will probably just deform the plastic and ruin whatever paint happens to be left on the spoiler.

Personally, I'd stop by the local lumber yard, and get a "Gorilla Glue Pen". I would slightly deform the wing, so the crack opens up, and introduce the glue into the space. Releasing the wing will allow the crack to close up, and a bit of the glue will be squeezed out, the remaining glue will permeate the crack. Use a damp cloth to wipe off any excess. Allow 24 hours for the glue to fully cure. The bond will be slightly flexible, allowing the wing to move normally.
