Default Heated Seats

The heated seat (drivers side only) on my 04 Vue just quit. Any ideas on what caused it?
Thanks,
Mike

Sure ..... it could be a bad switch, a bad wire, a bad connection, a bad heating element, or it could be a bad power source upstream from the switch.

GM incorporates a "heated seat" control usually under the seat. This control is easily replaced. It is a solid state device that acts like a thermostat and limit. It is not at all unusual for these to fail.
