Fan Motor
I have a 1995 SC2 and I was wondering how to change the radiator fan motor. Is it very difficult? Thanks for any help.

OK -- I'm assuming that you have (1) checked the fuses and (2) disconnected the fan connector and used a jumper directly from the battery to prove that the fan is truly dead.
You should already have in your hands a Chilton manual (or similar) for your car. There is a very detailed replacement instruction set covering the question you ask. The actual effort involved is small (about an hour if you are handy with tools), just remember, the nuts that hold the fan blade assembly to the fan motor are left-handed threads ... to remove, turn nut clockwise to loosen. |

Well now that Mr jcrouch75 got possible answers to both of his questions I wonder if he'll let anyone know how things went or if he'll thank those that are trying to help him.

Fan done
Thanks for the reply on the fan. I drive truck and just got the time to change the motor today. It took about 45 minutes. Thanks for your help.

Thanks for posting back. Did that cure the problem?
