Engine compartment vibration noise

I have a 1998 SC1 that has a vibration at start up and when idiling in drive or reverse. It goes away as soon as the RPM is raised to 1200. The car runs fine, but the noise is fairly loud. Could this be the belt tensioner. Your advise is greatly appreciated!

Top engine mount, and if so buy it from the dealer.

Either the top engine mount or lower transmission or both could be the problem.
