Default Many questions but fist thing first

Hello I have a 2000 3.0 Saturn Saturn lw2 I purchased this car a few months back. It starts and runs fine sometimes and other times it's hard to start and runs rough and stumbles when it goes to shift or shifts hard but I don't think it's the transmission. I finally got the hood open due to the release being broke and noticed the front valve cover was leaking and it must be under pressure because oil seemed to be leaking slowly from the cap. First thing I wanted to do is replace the valve cover gasket. I got the upper plenum taken off and realized the upper intake is in the way. Do

There will be pressure in the fuel system. I do have a factory service manual for this engine.

Default Intake manifold removed

I got the intake removed. I didn't have to bleed the fuel pressure as I didn't have to remove the fuel lines or injectors. Thanks for the diagrams 👍🤣.
