Decoding "extended" version of OBDIi codes
How does one decode the extra info captured in a code like
P008B:00-68
P018B:00-AF
U3000:49-68
And why do some code readers display the last code above as U3000-49? (Rhetorical)
(By the way, the codes with full info displayed were obtained using OBD Link software (comes with the adapter) w enhanced Ford support using an OBDlink MX+ on an Android phone (Bluetooth)). That combo is the only one that pulls the full extended code.

Also, why do the two P codes above not illuminate the service engine soon light? Is it because it is outside the defined (standard set of codes) I. e. manufacturer's codes?
This vehicle is driving around with a
PCM software mismatch U3000
Control module communication bus (B) off U0073 U0074
Low pressure fuel pressure sensor high P008B, P018B.
Several of these can throw it into limp mode or stall at 65 mph on the highway. Not theoretical, ive red the posts.
