Default 2002 SL2 engine removal

I have been presented with a "deal" on a 2002 SL2 with 1.9L twin OHV motor. The motor itself is shot, I've found a donor motor with 63K miles on it for $900.00. I've never worked on a Saturn, mostly '60's and 70's cars. My two questions: how difficult is it to remove and replace the engine and is $900.00 a fair price for a motor with $63K on it? I am in the greater Cincinnati, OH area and if anyone has recommendations on a better deal on a used motor, please feel free to let me know.

Thank you

Engine replacement is fairly easy. That one sounds awfully expensive. I would shop around if I were you.

Thanks for the feedback! I'll keep shopping around on the motor.
