I have a 2001 Saturn SL1 that will turn but the engine will not start. No ODB-II Codes on the computer. I have spark, checked plugs (new) but still no start. The plugs are dry and it seems like no fuel is getting to through any of the injectors. Fuel pump is new and fuel filter is new. There is fuel pressure at the schrader valve on the fuel rail. its as if the injectors are not getting the command to spray fuel in the cylinder. What can cause this?

 

if it is an SL1 you an SOHC and have throttle body injection with a single injector.

have you checked injector fuse? (believe it is in underhood junction block)

Did you confirm spark at all 4 plugs?

 

Yes, all four plugs have spark.

EFI with 4 injectors, not TBI. I got the fuel issue fixed by replaced the coolent temp sensor. Now it seems to be miss-firing, my next guess is the timing belt or CPS.

if you're misfiring you should be getting some ODBII codes --- read and post them --
