My engine coolant leaks badly. If I put coolant in it on Thursday, then I have to put more in on Saturday. The coolant will leak out completely.

A mechanic told me there''s a lead in the radiator and I need to replace it. He also told me to replace the timing chain.

First, I think I should get the radiator fixed. Otherwise buy a new car.

WHAT DO YOU THINK?

Personally, I do not know what the engine timing chain has to do with a leaky radiator, but the radiator would be the place to start repairs ...
