New injectors wont help at all. Unless they are damaged in some way.

I was reading up on the injectors and if they are old and get clogged a little then they can add less fuel and then some cylinders get more fuel than others, the computer compensates for a weak injector by adding more fuel to the other ones. So if you put new injectors you might get more power depending on the condition of the current ones. the engine will run smoother with a set of flow matched injectors. I bought a set of remanufactured ones for less than 100 bucks on ebay..... Much cheaper than new ones.
Delphi Flow Matched Fuel Injector Set for Saturn SL/SL1 01-02 1.9

They are flow matched better than OEM

If your question is whether reman flow matched injectors will FIT, yes.

Will they provide additional power above what you have ? Not if they are remans of the OEM injectors. Same flow rate, same design, same result.

As Low Saturn said, unless one is damaged, replacing it makes little sense. The explanation given above for more fuel to the other cylinders to compensate for partially clogged ones is 90% correct. You'll end up with say one lean cylinder and 3 rich cylinders (slightly) but the power lost from the one cylinder is "recouped" (possibly) through the other three so the net power gain is zero.

If an injector is defective in operation, it will likely cause s misfire from either not enough fuel getting through it when on or from fuel leaking through when it's closed.

Don't throw money away on new injectors unless they're dead. Run a bottle of Techron fuel injector cleaner through your gas tank every 10,000 miles or so and that will keep them clean and operating at peak level. It runs about $8 a bottle at Walmart.
