97 Saturn SC1 belt

My 97 SC1 has the optional power steering. The belt broke and the power steering pulley broke. I want o avoid the expense of a power steering pump as I only need to get this car from my office to my house.
My question is can I install the belt for the non-power steering model? Will this work? Looking at all the pulleys the power steering is up top and toward the back of the engine

Yes, you can skip the PS.

Parts under belts, standard replacement grade
for no P/S w and without A/C (as you did not specify)

Stick w ACDelco or Gates.

Shop around. Depending on where you live, RockAuto shipping prices can be higher than the cost of the parts themselves for single item low weight orders. Shipping in general will be high, but search by brand and part number and then go to the sites.
