Having problems with windshield wipers on my Saturn station wagon. Once on they'll not turn off

Its a 2000 sw2 , the wipers will stay on for even and sometimes they'll stop after awhile. But also doors locks were locking themselves I pulled the fuse . is everything connected to the same wiring harness . guessing that's what it would be called

 

. Are there any other truly strange things going on that should not be? Did they start happening at the same exact time? Does the mileage read some strange value? Are the warning indicators on the dash lit up like a Christmas tree when the car is running? I know these sound like strange questions but the answers may help us diagnose the root cause. Also is your service engine soon light on? If so, please go to AutoZone or similar and get the codes read. Please post the codes, not the description of the codes. Meaning please post Pxxxx where the X's are numbers.
