HELP PLEASE!! 2009 Saturn aura xe 4 cylinder non hybrid
 

I have a 2009 Saturn XE that needed a new alternator, so I decided to replace the alternator, throttle body spark plugs and spark plugs (side note the spark plug and were covered in oil and the coil packs were left out the engine overnight) I do not have the serpentine belt or tensioner on right now and the vehicle starts but dies immediately. Help?

You gave yourself away as a total fraud with the coil pack comment. Auras don't have coil packs. Everything else was like totally like believable. Like all those like parts that didn't need like replacing.
