Wiper Malfunction?

About 6 weeks ago I purchased a 2008 Saturn Vue, has around 96k miles. I have noticed that whenever I use the wipers the low oil pressure light comes on. I’ve checked the oil everyday before using the car and it’s still full. Any ideas what might be the cause of the low oil pressure light coming on would be appreciated..

How old is your battery? These cars' computers are very sensitive to V.if your battery is going down for the count and/or your alternator is not putting out full current, the electronic modules do who know's what.

"What we've got here is ----failure to communicate.(between modules) ……..So you get what we had here last week...……"

Get your charging system tested at Autozone or similar for free
If that checks out, my GUESS is BCM or wiring issue

I am not sure how old the battery is, it is a 2008 and I just bought the car in March. It could possibly be the original battery. I will take it and have it looked at autozone

Make sure they test everything in the charging system. If they come up with "bad alternator diodes" your alternator is not at its best. If so, the alternator is working as hard as it can, but whatever the alternator cannot output will be pulled from the battery.

Take it to two different stores say Autozone and NAPA or Advanced and make sure you get consistent results.

Fight off the hard sell. You can always come back and buy it later
