Valve cover Gaskets on a V6 vue

I need to change the valve cover gaskets on my 03 vue, does anyone know the steps to this ?

Steps to change the valve cover gaskets clearly shown in the Saturn VUE service manual for your car. Available at AutoZone, O'Rileys, PepBoys, etc for about $25usd
