So the tire touches between the two bolts through the hub and just below the spring. If that is the case loosen both bolts and pull on the bottom of the strut. The factory bolts are a tight fit in both pieces but there is a little give, An alignment shop may have substituted aftermarket adjustable bolts that are smaller diameter and lets them adjust camber. If so there will be a lot movement when the two bolts are loose.
