I just bought my first Saturn .Its a 03 vue.I know nothing about these vehicles it had no manunal.
I really liked the way it drove . Its a 6 cylinder wit a 3 speed auto .
where can I download a owners manunal ?
What type of trans oil do I use ?
Are these good safe cars??

In its ever nonsensical wisdom or just plain incompetence, all the owner's manuals from 2004-2010 for the Vue are on

https://my.gm.com/learn?evar18=gm_sat_owner_learn

However, the The owner's manual is not available for the 2003 Vue. NFC.
Your honest options are the kindness of a fellow forum member or e-bay.

You are encouraged to by a Haynes/Chilton/etc manual to learn the mechanical and electrical specifics of your vehicle.

If it is a 6 cyl Vue, you likely have an Aisin F33 5 speed AT or a GM 4T45E 4 speed AT.
Honda's engines and tranny's didn't take over until MY2004.

Try using the VIN decoder in the Tools menu of this site. It should give you which trans the vehicle has (pretty sure)

I never comment on safety of anything unless I performed the testing myself.
