I''m going to replace the rear shocks on my 04 redline tomorrow but I read somewhere I will have to remove the
splash shield. I''ve never done this, any ideas or it pretty simple?

There''s only a splash shield on the right rear side. Simple stuff. As soon as you look at it you''ll see how it comes off. Otherwise, its just like every other shock replacement you''ve ever done.
