Key Fob Question

Hi guys, new owner of a used 2008 Saturn Vue here.

I've searching the internet and I can't find the answer to this question. Quite simply, can you configure the key fob so that one press of "unlock" will unlock ALL the doors to the car rather than having to press the button twice?

In several of my previous cars, you could go through a sequence that would allow you to change what happens when you press the button. For example, I could turn off the horn chirp when locking the doors. I could also set the headlights to flash or not to flash when locking or unlocking the car.

The only thing I can find regarding the key fob is re-programming it when you change the battery or when it stops working correctly. This is not what I want.

Thanks for any help you can give.
Dave

Quite simply: From what I know, you must use a TECH II to program the fobs.

It's not that difficult to press the button twice. I do that on my Equinox all the time.

I think you need the tech II for Saturns.

Thanks everyone. That explains why I couldn't find it anywhere.
