Important wire on 2008 Saturn Vue

That appears to be sealed, is that what you see also? If so ignore that wire and let’s check other things. Professional shrink tubing has a sealer that cools hard. Probably what you see.

Yes, seems solid. Clear codes?

Since you have all the codes recorded, I would clear the codes and see what comes back. I get codes sometimes for options that the car does not have. For example power window codes on trucks with manual windows. If your VUE is front wheel drive, we know the transfer case code is a ghost.

Cleared codes. Three come right back. C0035, c0040, and c0050. Didn't drive the vehicle so computer could not have compared speeds.

Low tire pressure light still on. Tires all at 34 psi.

You may have to drive it for the tire pressure sensors to activate and report. I do not any manuals for your car to help with the abs codes.
