Thanks for the help guys i have a problem my saturn vue 2008 Engine is a 3.5 L
I am fixing for a cx is leaking coolant from right behind the passenger mount
where the brown bracket screws into the engine i would guess but its actually a part its screwing into too.
I have a picture of it if someone could help me identify what it is and if you know any other years, makes or models that have the same part would also be great.
The area i broke screwing in the mount bracket is circled in white
But i notice is all one part just know what it is I think the water pump is located in the pulley "bottom right" but the area i need to changed and replace would be under the power steering pulley and it has a electrically connector on the left hand side of the photo

Looking over many many internet searches trying to find out what component this is, in the picture i posted in my previous post.
I think it has something to do with the camshaft position actuator.
Searching some parts online for the v6 3.5 motor I do see a seal for a Camshaft housing
and it was wide enough to fit the part above.
I hope i explained it all correctly. The white area indicated by the white marker is the part of the assembly i broke.
Apparently I did not know a spacer went in between the bracket and area indicated above. I would like to change out the whole component it looks like it is held on there by a number of 10mm bolts.
Also the black electrical part you see behind the belt i took off,

i suspect is the camshaft Actuator magnet, and the black plate (round) is the thrust plate.
Again I am speculating here, I am usually known to work on Jeeps
Please again any help is greatly appreciated.

Does this seem about right? Saturn Workshop Manuals > VUE FWD V6-3.5L (2008) > Engine, Cooling and Exhaust > Engine > Timing Components > Timing Cover > Component Information > Service and Repair

I think its the engine front cover!!!! Thanks for letting me have a place to help other's

That looks like the part, I see it is just a pushrod 60 degree v-6. Probably some decendant of the the old x body 2.8 v-6 from the 80s. Probably has variable cam timing now by the looks of it.
