For the life of me I cannot seem to understand how to remove the fan **** on my 2007 Vue Base Model with the 2.2L engine.

Anyone ever take off the ****?
It seems more likely that I will damage something with it being fastened on so well.

Really need help, I'm old, 74, disabled.

I'm not sure, Gramps, but if it's like most vehicles, it should just pull straight off. Do you see and screws in it anywhere? If not, then take a small, thin object like a plastic putty knife and try to pry it off with that. I don't recommend a screwdriver or other metal object because you can scratch the surrounding panel with metal.
