Blower motor runs but no air coming out front vents.
 

2003 Saturn Vue 5 speed 2.2

My blower runs on all speeds and works on the defrost and floor settings but on the front vent setting no air comes out. I can hear the door moving at all points but no air comes out. It also sounds like it is all going into the passenger area behind the glove box when on vents and on high but I cant feel any air coming out anywhere else.

Anyone know of any common issues related to this?

Mode door problem. What happens when you switch between modes?

Air blows out defrost on defrost and onto my feet in floor mode.

#7 is the mode actuator.

The panel actuator might just need to be replaced. The plastic gears fail inside the actuator all the time, all manufacturers use something similar.

That looks like it might be tough to access. Any insight on the best way to get to it?

On my series of Saturn, remove the glove box for access. I have never worked on a VUE.
