i wasn't for sure but the solenoids, filter and seal i bought fit both so wasn't really too concerned about that. but they didn't list either tranny on mine so i had them cross reference the parts i needed. i also started telling them to look at the 2006 and then they would find it. thank you... im really thinking this is a sticky valve body. they wasn't finding mine with either gm tranny the 40 or the 45. one was a cvt, one was a toyota and i forget the other, some weird name.

If the engine is quiet then they can run a long time. If there is any noise on the belt end of the engine it needs to come apart for timing chain repairs. I have three 2.2L engines right now, one ran out of oil and broke a connecting rod at 200k miles. I have one that broke a timing chain at 130k miles, I have repaired that engine and it runs great. I have a third engine that I purchased that runs great at 200k, and I am going to put it in the car that broke the rod. Keep them full of oil and coolant and listen to the chain.
