2003 Vue click when giving throttle
 

I have a 2003 Vue, 2.2, 5 speed manual w/105K miles (bought new in 2002). Under load, when I press the throttle I hear one click and when I lift off the throttle I hear the same click. It's only under load, will not do this in neutral. clicks each time I press and let off. Any ideas?
