2003 saturn vue engine cuts out while driving

Good Day
I have a 2003 Saturn Vue 3.0, the engine cut out whiled driving and will not restart, Engine Cranks over no problem. Can some one point sensor or sensor's that could cause this problem.
Thanks have a blessed day

If you have access to an engine codes scanner, you need to run to codes on it and post them here. Any guessing games could cost you a LOT of money in a short time and still not solve the problem. The first thing we should all remember to do is to retrieve the codes and use them as a starting point. Sorry that I can't be of more help, but I'm not familiar with the Vue at all.

your issue may be similar to mine, wherein my issue appears to be the body control module (BMC). I have the same year and engine. The BCM in these get funky, and it will randomly think, while you're driving, that the vehicle is being stolen and kill the motor. When the engine dies you'll see the security light flash a couple times. If the security isn't flashing at all, then you're not likely encountering the same problem.

If you see the security light flashing and the and the dash lit up like a Christmas tree it is most often the BCM. Without the crazy dash behavior, it could be the part of the ignition switch that senses the proper key is inserted. It is a magnetic sensor that assumes that the only key that will fit into the location where it would be sensed is the correctly cut key. If this sensor does not function reliably then it will tell the BCM to turn off the fuel injectors and that the car is being stolen. the system was in fact designed to continuously check for the presence of the proper key while you drive. The security system is integrated into the BCM and cannot be replaced separately. Basically, the sensor in the key must continuously indicate that the key is present. This tells the PCM the car is not being stolen. In turn the BCM tells the PCM or ECM if you will to stop inhibiting the fuel injectors. So normal mode of operation occurs when all of the theft deterrent are actively disabled. As opposed to a design where everything works until theft deterrent disabling of components takes place. In other cars of that era, the default state of operation was running. With the Saturn using passlock, the default status was to inhibit running. And we all know where that led
