2002-2005 vs 2006+ Rear Differential Carrier

Question for the pros, I have a 2007 Vue 3.5 and I need a replacement rear differential. Mine is toast.

I can't find any information to say if the previous year (MPN: 19180874) is different than the 06+ (MPN: 19180875).

I can find the previous model everywhere. But I don't know what is different.
