09 vue 2.4 hybrid

I been asked to repair 09 Vue Hybrid. I am ASE certified and have many years of wrenching under my belt but this is my first 2.4 Hybrid. First off the timing chain went and from what i can tell damn near all valves are bent open. I want to do a good job for my good friends so im basicaly wondering about any hidden surprises i should expect on this repair. My local library has a great selection of service manuals but i would love some feed back on this.

I repaired a 2.2 a year ago. I bought all my parts at Rock Auto. I have access to a high volume commercial discount and Napa was almost 50% higher on parts. I purchased Cloyes timing components and Sealed Power valves. The only thing that I did not purchase OEM was the gasket set and I had to go back in and replace the valve cover gasket at 10k miles. I also bought one of those degree angle torque indicators because I didn't own one. All the major bolts are tty.
I only found two of the 16 valves that were not bent. I replaced the water pump while there since it is chain driven.

Same ecotec motor as the ion 3 and the sky base model I believe. Might ask around the redline forums too since there may have been subtle changes over the years
