While relaxing the other day a car horn started to sound. I decided to go out and investigate and dicovered that it was my '98 Saturn trying to get my attention. After disconnecting the horn (to turn it off) I began looking for the relay to see if it was stuck. After going through the owners manual and the Haynes automotive repair manual I am still at a loss as to where the relay may be. Any clues? Or better yet an exact location would be greatly appreciated.

Horn relay should be in the underhood junction block (UHJB)-- it is near the battery and has a black cover with a single hand screw that holds the cover on.

The underside of the cover tells you what is what as far as which relay/fuse is for what....

Sometimes it is just crap that bridges the terminals of the horn buttons and causes the horn to stick. If the horn itself was bad it would probably burn the fuse...."Normally-Open" relays usually do not fail in the closed state unless they get stuck that way during operation of the circuit. Assuming that no one was honking the horn, my bet is on the "crap on the horn button contacts"
