Just under the upper radiator hose the transmission</span> cooler line is leaking, appears to be from fitting, about 10 drips after a drive. I replaced the coolant fan and must have jarred it when removing the shroud...I put another 1/4 turn on the line entering the radiator tightening it after I noticed the drip...but still seems to be leaking. Am I being over cautious about torquing this thing down as hard as possible? Worried about destroying the radiator...(still threads exposed on the fitting so I assume it can be tightened til flush but is very hard to turn as it is)....should I replace the line...it's the flexible in the middle and metal tube w/ fitting on ends though I guess I could jest JB Cold weld or maybe silcone around it (could I?) Should I be concerned about driving with small leak...as long as I keep an eye on the AT Level?

Just install an external transmission cooler. Works better than the factory one and will help extend the life of the transmission. Edited by: Low Saturn
