i took my sl2 to the dealer to check out mycar they gave me a list of problems one was the temp sensor but if it is in fact broken woudnt the needle stop working completley

Dtone90 ... A temp sensor does not have to be broke completely to cause problems. If it reads high temp when the engine is cold, or low temp when the engine is hot, the signals sent to the PCM cause hard-starting and fuel waste ... |
