The tracks are plastic and prone to breakage. Without seeing a picture, a close-up of what the front edges of the track and the front section of the moving piece with the glass, it's hard to say where to try to lubricate it. Remember it is driven by a motor. Is the motor humming when you try to move the sunroof or is the motor silent? Make sure you check the fuse for the sunroof as part of this since the motor may be silent because the fuse is blown.
When these sunroofs fail, most people seal them closed from the outside keep the rain from getting in. But obviously, you have to get it closed first. Post some pictures and do the initial troubleshooting above and post back and we will try to help you.
