Starting problem

Hi, I have a 1997 SL Stick SOHC. The problem is it started fine today and then I went to start it again and got nothing. All lights come on but when you turn the key it does nothing not even a click from the solenoid. I checked all the fuses in the box and under the hood the were labeled ign. All were good. The connections on the cables are tight. Is there a fusable link somewhere that I'm missing or do the starters just crap out without warning? Could it be the nuetral safety switch on the clutch? Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

sounds like you need a starter wait until it coolls off try starting when engine is
cold if it works then you need a starter thats how mine went .

Thanks for the input, I found the problem. I've been letting my son drive the car and when he gets in he puts his big feet under the dash near the clutch. He managed to kick the plug out for the neutral safety switch. I plugged it back in and all is good. Thank you.
