SL2 turn signals stopped working

The turn signals on my 2000 Saturn SL2 suddenly stopped working. The car does not seem to have a "flasher" device. Any suggestions about what might be wrong?

Try checking the fuses first.

there is a flasher device located in the IPJB, I do believe....look at the inside of the IPJB cover for location
