saturn sl1 ac

I have a 96 saturn sl1 and i found ac leaks and will fix them i am wondering how much freon to buy .
what are the specs?

general research on internet indicates 1.5 lbs of R134a (NOT freon (R12) ) --- more than 1 12 ounce can but less than two. Be sure to evacuate system prior to charging to remove moisture, and don't forget the proper amount of oil. EDIT: some of the refill refrigerant cans come with the oil already mixed in

High/low side pressures should be 205 ish/ 35 ish read at 2000 rpm, not idle-- do not overfill. Use gauges from the rent a tool at Autozone or similar.

Use the above info at your own risk -- the system is 16 years old and I have no idea what condition your compressor seal, etc is in.

The tag under the hood on the core support tells all.
