To be blunt, it is cheaper and more cost effective to buy gasoline than do any of the things you are suggesting and drive it sanely. There is no way those modifications will ever be cost effective so for get them.
Unless of course if you want it to go like a bat out of Hades, go do'm, have fun and buy gas.
