What does quad module failure mean and how can i fix it? Approximate cost?

The quad driver isnt a part that can be replaced.

wow, that is incredibly helpful, thank you... One thing I read was about the A/C..when i turn it on (even if i turn it off after it has been on) my engine will not turn off unless i stall it out. Does that narrow down the trouble shooting at all? Thanks!
