Pull of your cylinder head, water in the exhaust is never good. Blown head gasket or cracked head

I am going to pull the head off one of these weekends. How difficult or pain in the *** is doing the head gasket on this 1.9L? i know it having a timing chain eases the pain a bit.

Its easy, just need common hand tools and a Harmonic balancer puller is what you'll need.Drain whats left of the coolant, drain the engine oil, remove necessary wires, remove fuel rail and set aside,(you dont have to pull the intake off to pull the head on this one) remove intake supports, removed engine belt remove, a/c compressor and set aside, remove harmonic balancer, remove oil pan and clean throughly ( back to 8mm bolts by the tranny can be a pain), removed the front timing cover and accessories that are in the way of removing it, removed timing chain assembly, remove the head, check the head and all components while you have everything apart. THOSE HEAD BOLTS ARE TORQUE TO YIELD, DO NOT BY ANY MEANS TRY TO REUSE THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO DO THIS JOB AGAIN.
