oil mixing with antifreeze?

i have a 1994 saturn SL1 and it i keep finding oil mixed in with the antifreeze yet no leaks and no loss of oil from the engine, and cuases serious bogs while driving, suggestions please.

blown head gasket or cracked/porous head. if oil is in with the antifreeze, there is likely antifreeze in with oil -- it will be milkshakey. Level will seem fine but things are definitely not well

possible cost of fix?

maybe $700 for a head gasket
head from junkyard engine -- not sure -- check the net

if head gasket ---compression test will localize problem to one or more cylinders

if crack in head or head is porous, may be more difficult to locate

Hmmmmm --

If it's a head gasket, probably about $325usd. If the head is cracked, probably about $525usd. You can save a portion of that if you do the work yourself, but I don't know your level of expertise ....
