I check all four plugs they are firing. Tested fuel pressure it show about 42psi. Is the fuel pump giving enough pressure.

The IAC could be carboned up, I'd just clean it rather than replace it. Could be a major vacuum leak.

from my overall s series haynes manual

key on/engine off: 46-94 psi

car running at idle:
26-31 psi SOHC
31-36 psi DOHC

You said S series but not which one. SOHC or DOHC?

So your fuel pump appears in spec, barely. I'd exhaust all my other options before tackling that one.

How did it stop running?

Also pls go to the user control panel and put your car info in the signature. Thx

Do you know how to run the computer codes on this car? That's what you need to do first. Shotgunning parts at it and hoping you get it fixed is a waste of time and money. Look under the dash near the steering wheel and you should see the computer diagnostic link. Take a paper clip and bend it into a tight U. Take the paper clip and insert it into the last two holes on the upper row of the link. Now, turn the key on to the start position, but don't crank the car. Watch your check engine light and count the number of flashes you get. Each code that is stored will flash three times then move on to the next code. For example, a code 23 will be two flashes, a pause, then three flashes. It will do that 3 times in a row and move to the next code. The next could be a 32 for example and it will flash three times, pause, then flash twice. It will do this 3 times and then proceed to the next. I hope you understand what I'm trying to explain. You may not catch every code the first time. Don't worry about that. You can run the codes as many times as needed in order to catch them all. When it's done, you'll get a code 12. One flash, pause, two flashes. This will also be done 3 times. If you don't turn the key off after 12, then it will go through them again.

SC2 means it's a DOHC (??)
Still trying to help but still confused
Search "paper clip" in the forum--you'll find a post I did about checking codes on an ODBI Satty.
