I just bought a 2001 SL2 and it came with a keyless entry fob. Unfortunately I don't have the owners manual. Can someone tell me what the three gray buttons do. I'm assuming the red button is panic.

Go to http://remotesunlimited.comand look up your model and year to identify the factory remote that comes with the car. You should be able to match the picture against your remote, if its the factory remote and not aftermarket. Aftermarket remotes will mean that you'll have to identify the box under the dash and write down the maker to trace the company online then see if they have the remote pictured to help you.


The factory remote in your possession will have the GM ID # and the FCC # that should match the one pictured on remotesunlimited's site. I'll guess against my remote ('03 L300), from left to right; Lock, Unlock, Panic, and Trunk unlock.
