Thanks for posting the resolution. I never stopped to look at the schematics to realize it has to do with the switch and not this owner.

The catch is the owner cannot get into the settings to tell it that it has a new motor and what date it was installed. Thanks for the heads up, derf. Re has an airsense 10 that didn't work properly and I suspect it's a problem with the logic module. I'm going to take the motor out of that one first and swap it into mine and see if it clears the message. She now has a new air sense 11 that works perfectly. If I have to go that route, the lady at the local Lincare said she'd work with me in order for my insurance to cover it. I don't think the clown I talked to a BCBS earlier this week had a clue what a CPAP even is. He sounded stoned and confused to me! Lucky bastard. LOL
