Horn

Ok I have a 99 saturn sc2 3 door. I cant figure out where the horn is located is it under the bumper or what? When I try to use it it doesnt work. Also where is the fuse for it under the dash?

Horn: behind bumper drivers side, fuses are in the box under the hood and on the right side of console at your feet.
