Headlight swap...

Here's a thought: '02 SC2 headlights on a '93 SL2. Lots of custom fab work, obviously, but what do you guys think? Of course this would be part of a total body makeover... Thoughts? And any ideas on best rout to take on that one?

Waist of money is my thought ....

My thought too, but junkyard and fiberglass epoxy and such and make it all myself should keep costs down. Gonna build a vaccum table and make new housings and lenses to hold projectors in either the SL lamps I have or do something else to make a more personalized look for the car... When I get time and money and supplies, I'll make sure to take lots of pics and some video so other people can learn how to do it too. Just trying to think of ways to make my car a little more mine. lols. :)

Put the "entire" SC front end on the car ... It's been done many times in the past buy it'll not hurt to do it again.

Was thinking about that too. How much of a pain in the ass would that be? Would it be a direct bolt up (probably not) and how much different is the wiring for the lights? Bracket alignment, etc? Seems like the easier way of doing things to just grab the bodywork from pick-n-pull and do it that way... Advice? I really like the '02 front lines, and I think it would be a cool custom-ish look. Thanks guys.
