Lift the car, remove the tank, remove the pump assembly. Reinstall in reverse order.

Its possible. Do you hear the pump prime when you first start the car? Is there fuel coming from the test port?

The test port would be just before the fuel rail. You should be able to hear the pump prime from inside the car. As soon as you turn the key to the run position (without starting the car), you should hear hum for a few seconds.
