Just my 2 cents, unsure if this will help.

I bought a 1995 SL1 with about 115,000 miles on it and now have it up to 145,000 miles and it seems very strong. Starts and runs good. I am having some other issues, but these models seem to run well with high mileage.

how much are you paying for it? I wouldn't spend more than 1500 on it, and just as a precaution expect high maintenence. saturns are great with high milelage, but better to be safe
