Changing Saturn SL with manual steering to power?

I was wondering if anyone knew about actually doing this, and if it is very difficult to do, this car is great but the steering is the one thing making it not so great when parking or turning around.

im pretty sure there is not alot of changes between the sl and sl1, all it would really be is putting in the steering pump and changing the rack and pinion most likely.
